Customer Service Advisor – Newcastle – Temporary, permanent after 6 months.

What we’re looking for in our Customer Service Advisors:
- Friendly, helpful individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while following established processes.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on keeping customer records accurate and up to date.
- Responsible and capable of managing customer information in line with GDPR guidelines.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to deliver excellent service and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Driven to meet key performance indicators and contribute to the team’s success.
Additional information
- Location – Newcastle (Cobalt Business Park)
- Pay Rate: Up to £15 / per hour PAYE
- The working hours are between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday – we usually work a 6-8 week shift rotation so that you can plan around shifts with plenty of notice. There is some evening and weekend work, but these shifts are shared out amongst all colleagues.
