Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving transformation in finance, HR, and procurement? We’re seeking a dynamic Finance Transformation Senior Manager to join our team. This client-facing role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects across a broad spectrum of public sector clients, with most work currently being delivered remotely.

1. Manage and lead client engagements, ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction.
2. Serve as a subject matter expert in finance transformation and related disciplines within the team and broader engagements.
3. Own and deliver high-quality, efficient, and profitable projects.
4. Drive business development efforts, crafting compelling proposals and securing new engagements.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Contribute to thought leadership, practice management, and risk management initiatives.
7. Foster team motivation, development, and knowledge sharing.
8. Extensive experience in back office transformation, including finance, people, and change management, operating model design, and shared services implementation.
9. Proven track record of leading high-value engagements and working with senior public sector officials or C-Suite executives.
10. Strong project management skills and experience in leading teams.
11. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
12. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
13. Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues, fostering their professional growth.
14. A robust cross-service line network to leverage comprehensive solutions for clients.
15. Understanding of public sector requirements, such as Green Book business cases and capital/resource funding.
16. Awareness of intelligent automation and business intelligence tools.
17. Formal qualifications relevant to finance, such as being a chartered accountant.
