Parking Debt Recovery Officer
6 Month Contract
Inside IR35
London
Full Time – Hybrid Working pattern 2-3 days in the office
You will be responsible for investigating and responding to all inquiries and correspondence relating to:
- Witness Statements
- Orders for Recovery
- Interaction with bailiffs
- Statutory Regulations
- Challenges, Representations and Appeals
- Charge Certificates
- Any other correspondence at all statutory stages regarding Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)
- Produce high-quality responses to set productivity targets.
- Maintain consistently high standards while meeting strict deadlines.
- Weigh up evidence and make balanced judgements.
