We are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers. This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support customers and management team.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Answer calls, respond to questions, and reroute calls.
  • Log and resolve queries via various communication channels.
  • Maintain records using systems like D365.
  • Assist new team members during induction.
  • Share customer concerns with the Line Manager.
  • Complete administrative tasks and prepare reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in a call centre/customer service environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems.
  • At least 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
