Position Overview – (Part time, 3 days per week)

The Liberty Fabric Interiors Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional sales support and ensuring a seamless customer service experience within the Liberty Fabric Interiors wholesale division. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can effectively manage orders, stock, and sales team support on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Oversee the daily management of orders and stock, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team across global markets.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Liberty products, continuously expanding expertise as new collections are introduced.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of departmental processes and company policies.
  • Process orders and returns accurately and in a timely manner through the ERP system (Infor M3).
  • Coordinate stock allocation and shipments in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Communicate order status updates, proactively addressing any issues or delays.
  • Liaise effectively with warehouse and production teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Actively participate in key sales meetings as required.

Customer Service

  • Deliver clear, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate and insightful product and order information.
  • Strive for first-contact resolution to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure efficient and precise execution of customer-related processes.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to support seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1 years professional experience.
  • Minimum of one year in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience in wholesale textiles is advantageous.
  • Technical knowledge of fabric and textiles is a plus.
