Contract Contact Centre Executive (Hybrid)

Location: Central Manchester – You need to be able to work 1 day a week in the office

Salary: £24k per annum

Hours: Full-time, shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday

(3 weeks of paid, full time training offered – normal office hours)

Training Dates: Full Time – 27/5/25-13/6/25

Role:

  • Handle inbound calls, provide information, book tours, and take reservations for Back-Up Care.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on bookings and enquiries.
  • Educate customers on Back-Up Care policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or an inbound contact centre.
  • Availability for shifts between 7am-7pm / Monday to Friday after training.
  • Attend meetings and training in the Manchester office 1 day per week.
  • Experience of handling high volume inbound calls.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace and good internet connection.
