Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties

• Booking in valuations with efforts to secure instructions for a strong first impression
• Providing honest, reliable, and professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
• Supporting and guiding junior team members
• Following office procedures & policies
• Creating media materials and releasing properties to the market
• Registering applicants and attending viewings
• Contributing innovative ideas for canvassing materials
• Conducting valuations

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Previous estate agency experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid IT skills and experience with estate agency CRM systems
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability
• Well spoken and well presented
• Target-driven and ambitious
