Paralegal – Contract Specialist (3–5 Months)
Location: London (5 days per week onsite) with occasional travel to Oxfordshire. If already based in Oxfordshire, 5 days per week in Grove office
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3–5 months
Our client, a multinational coorporation, is looking to recruit a number of experienced Paralegals to support their legal team through a corporate reorganisation for an initial period of 3–5 months (potential to be extended).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing legal function within a business that sits at the forefront of its sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
- Working collaboratively with senior legal counsel
- Working closely with key internal stakeholders
- Supporting compliance processes and maintaining legal documentation
Requirements:
- Significant experience working with commercial contracts.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
- Prior in-house experience is a plus, particularly within media, sport, or technology sectors
- Highly organised with strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Must be prepared to work in the London office full-time (5 days per week), with flexibility to travel to Oxfordshire should the team require. If you are already based in Oxfordshire, you will work full-time from their office there
