Must have FM & Maintenance experience. Static or Mobile.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities include:

1. PPM and reactive works
2. Diagnose and repair faults on building services
3. AHU’s, FCU’s
4. Pumps, Motors
5. Fans, Belts, Filters
6. Any other works asked by the manager

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the steam boiler is maintained as per OEM specifications and that required daily checks are carried out.
• Ensure that routine PPM is carried out on all mechanical and electrical plant according to site schedules and asset lists.
• Complete reactive tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Swiftly remedy plant faults and defects to maintain operational order.
• Maintain availability of suitable spares, provide parts lists, and estimate times for remedial works.
• Complete all paperwork related to PPM, reactive, and breakdown works, recording on the CAFM system.
• Prepare and utilize Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safety.
• Provide a safe and healthy working environment, including PPE and uniforms.
• Supervise and monitor subcontractor works during maintenance.
• Complete assigned tasks and ensure H&S compliance.
• Maintain awareness and adherence to contractual KPIs/SLAs.
• Keep systems updated, close out PPM and reactive tickets with accurate data.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by management.
