Are you a data-driven digital marketer with expertise in Meta (Instagram) and Google Ads? We’re working with an exciting and fast-growing beauty wellness startup, and we’re looking for a Paid Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of their paid advertising strategy.
This is a part-time hybrid role (three to four days per week) for an initial period of six months.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Overseeing Meta (Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns from start to finish.
- Data & Performance Analysis: Tracking and optimizing ROI/ROAS using Shopify Marketing Analytics.
- Ad Asset Management: Collaborating with an in-house designer to create impactful ad creatives.
- Strategy & Innovation: Staying ahead of industry trends, AI advancements, and best practices in paid marketing.
- Testing & Optimization: Constantly refining audiences, placements, and creatives to maximize results.
You:
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns for high-growth small businesses
- Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering positive ROI/ROAS
- Experience with a variety of ad formats (UGC videos, carousel ads, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A digital marketing background in beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury or a fast growing consumer start up
