We’re undergoing one of the biggest digital transformations in UK social care and we need confident, capable Interim Managers (single or multi-site) to help us shape the future. You’ll provide strong leadership and hands-on support to services during a time of transition and improvement.

This is a 3–6 month fixed-term opportunity with real scope to influence long-term change and potentially continue your journey with us in the long term.

What You’ll Do:

  • Step into key management roles across services covering services in North London or Bedford, or Milton Keynes
  • Stabilise services, lead through change, and embed person-centred care
  • Ensure compliance, CQC readiness, and a focus on safe, high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with families, professionals, and internal teams to drive improvement

What You’ll Bring:

  • Leadership experience in social care (e.g., Registered, Service, Area, or Regional Manager)
  • A background in turnaround, transformation, or managing through change
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and service quality
  • A solution-focused mindset, flexibility, and resilience
  • A full UK driving licence or willingness to travel across the region
