HAIL Partners is working with an alternative investment management firm who is looking for a HR/Recruitment Manager to work alongside their Head of HR across the entire employee lifecycle, recruitment & HR projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting recruitment processes – sourcing candidates, conducting interviews & working with external agencies on vacancies
- Providing hiring recommendations & deliver regular reporting to stakeholders and senior management
- Implementing recruitment best practices and continuous look to improve process
- Conducting pre-employment screening, right to work checks, offer and employment contracts and onboarding for new joiners
- Facilitating employment relations matters
- Reviewing and updating the Company policies
- Supporting on employee benefits
- Projects to support the HR function including employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, succession planning and other duties.
Requirements:
- Degree educated preferred, CIPD would be an advantage
- 3-6 years of relevant HR &/or Recruitment experience within Financial/Professional Services
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Strong written and verbal skills in English. Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
