What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage a variety of corporate transactions, including M&A, restructurings, and joint ventures
• Draft, negotiate, and structure key deal documents with direct client exposure
• Deliver strategic corporate advice to clients across sectors
• Collaborate with cross-practice specialists in tax, real estate, and finance
• Support business development and mentor junior team members

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law from a recognised UK firm
• Demonstrated expertise in M&A, private equity, and corporate finance
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a commercial, solutions-led approach
• Confident managing transactions end-to-end and building client relationships
• A proactive team player who’s motivated to grow and contribute to the wider team
