Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business and manage existing relationships within London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading company and play a key role in driving growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring continued business growth and maintaining their position on supplier lists.
✅ Proactively generating new business through a mix of cold calling, networking, and reactivating dormant accounts.
✅ Promoting a range of company products and services to key decision-makers.
✅ Maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge to offer the best solutions to clients.
✅ Collaborating closely with office-based teams to ensure high levels of service.
✅ Delivering presentations and training to clients when required.
✅ Keeping accurate records of sales activity, meetings, and pipeline updates.
✅ Attending company meetings and training sessions as required.
✅ Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in field-based or office-based sales with a strong track record of success.
✔ Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
✔ Confident, proactive, and highly motivated with a drive to win new business.
✔ Strong time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
✔ Resilience under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
