We’re looking for self-motivated Business Development Contractors to join our growing outbound team. In this fully remote, commission-based role, you’ll be responsible for introducing HireGrid to businesses by reaching out to decision-makers via LinkedIn and other professional channels. Your goal is to drive interest and signups from companies looking to hire top talent.This is a high-impact, flexible opportunity — you set your hours and work at your own pace. Prospect and reach out to hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives on LinkedIn.Clearly communicate the value of HireGrid’s recruitment platform.Track outreach efforts and follow up with interested contacts.Compensation & ExpectationsYou’ll earn $200 – $1000 for every company that signs up to HireGrid through your outreach.You can make between $2,000 to $8,000+ per month , depending on effort and performance.Familiarity with LinkedIn and confidence in professional outreach.Self-starter attitude and strong time management.No prior sales experience required, but the willingness to learn is essential.Fully remote role — work from anywhere.Flexible hours — no fixed schedule.Performance-based growth opportunities within the company….
