Permanent Teacher of Psychology (KS4 & KS5) – Shape Future Minds in London at An Outstanding School (Psychology Department)

An outstanding school in London is seeking a committed and knowledgeable Permanent Teacher of Psychology to join our dedicated Psychology Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the understanding of the human mind in our Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and Key Stage 5 (A-Level) students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver well-structured and inspiring Psychology lessons to GCSE and A-Level students.
• Nurture students’ critical thinking and analytical skills within the field of Psychology.
• Contribute significantly to the development and enhancement of the Psychology curriculum at both KS4 and KS5.
• Monitor student progress closely, providing effective support and guidance, particularly for our Sixth Form students pursuing A-Level Psychology.
• Collaborate effectively with a supportive team within the Psychology Department.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with older students.
