We are recruiting a Reward Analyst to join a fast-paced and growing organisation in Windsor. Reporting to the Reward Manager, the Reward and Benefits Analyst will play a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining reward practices and processes that support organisational goals and promote employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain effective reward policies and procedures that drive organisational success and align with business objectives.
  • Support the annual salary and bonus review cycles by leveraging internal HRIS tools to ensure efficient and accurate execution.
  • Develop and analyse pay data models to support annual pay review budgeting and decision-making. Serve as the subject matter expert on pay review tools and technologies.
  • Lead salary survey submissions and manage the end-to-end benchmarking process, ensuring comprehensive and reliable market data analysis.
  • Champion internal pay equity and compliance by conducting detailed job evaluations and ensuring consistent application of compensation principles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits data across providers. Support the delivery of wellness initiatives and plan engaging benefits education sessions for employees.
  • Work closely with the People Experience team to ensure accurate invoice approvals and deliver regular, insightful reporting on benefits and reward metrics.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 year of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or a related HR role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with compensation surveys and benchmarking.
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws and benefits practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
