Your Role:

• Assist patients in using a specialised machine to manage their Parkinson’s symptoms
• Provide empathetic support and guidance to patients
• Help improve patients’ quality of life through effective use of the machine

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit patients in their homes and provide support in using equipment
• Collaborate with our nurses to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely feedback
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Your Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Empathy and a caring nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• Flexibility to meet changing priorities and patient needs
