Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Henlow

Salary: Circa £42,000 (DOE)

Working Pattern: 5 days on-site

Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK National with British Citizenship

Are you ready to take charge of manufacturing engineering processes, drive improvements, and develop cutting-edge skills? This is your chance to work on high-tech development and production lines, translating design requirements into practical manufacturing solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Support existing manufacturing lines & introduce new products
• Lead problem-solving and process improvements
• Drive industrial validation using FMEAs and process proving
• Manage design modifications & ensure configuration control
• Optimise production for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Develop tooling and manufacturing instructions

What We’re Looking For:

• Engineering Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21) + HNC/Degree in a relevant field
• Hands-on problem solver with a proactive mindset
• Ability to interpret design drawings & create build instructions
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Awareness of digital tools for collaboration
