Full Job Description
Mode Search is proud to be partnered with a rapidly growing luxuryfashion brand to appoint a visionary Art Director. This is an excitingopportunity to lead and shape the creative direction of a brand with astrong global presence and ambitious growth plans.
Workingclosely with senior leadership, the Art Director will drive brandstorytelling across all visual platforms, ensuring a cohesive,elevated identity that resonates with a luxury audience.
Responsibilities
- Define andlead the brand’s visual identity across campaigns, lookbooks, digital,retail, and social platforms.
- Conceptualise and direct photoand video shoots, from pre-production to post.
- Collaboratewith marketing, e-commerce, and design teams to deliver integratedcreative content.
- Maintain high visual standards andconsistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Oversee graphicdesign output and manage external creative resources as needed.
- Guide and inspire a small creative team, ensuring timelydelivery and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Art Directorwithin the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle space.
- Deep understanding of branding, composition, layout,and visual hierarchy.
- Experienced in directing shoots andmanaging creative production workflows.
- Proficient in AdobeCreative Suite and other design/editing tools.
- A naturalleader with strong communication and team collaboration skills.
