Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Berkshire

Salary: Up to £60-70,000 (DOE) | Experience: 5+ PQE

Exciting opportunity to further your career with this Legal 500 firm, supported by a dynamic team of experienced professionals overseeing high-quality work, with a potential pathway to partnership.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle a broad spectrum of contentious commercial litigation matters, advising diverse blue-chip clients, managing complex domestic and cross-border disputes.
2. Work across various commercial sectors including automotive, financial services, leisure, fisheries, logistics, and FMCG.
3. Manage cases involving professional indemnity, construction disputes, breach of warranty claims, Section 994 claims, commercial contract disputes, insolvency, fraud, intellectual property, and international arbitration.
4. Provide practical, tailored advice with a strong understanding of commercial law, demonstrating resourcefulness and technical proficiency.
5. Support and guide junior team members, fostering a team-oriented environment.
6. Generate new business, leveraging an established network of clients or referrers, with a view to partnership progression.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
• Commercial mindset with a proven ability to develop business.
• Strong understanding of commercial law and excellent client management skills.
