Mechanical Contracts Manager | Barlborough | Full Time | £62,000 Per Annum + vehicle allowance of £5200

Our client was established in 2007, initially operating as a turnkey mechanical and electrical (M&E) management contracting company. Of the original two founding board members, Charlie Strafford continues to lead the business and remains closely involved in its day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage mechanical contracts from inception to completion.
2. Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
3. Oversee project budgets and timelines.
4. Coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in mechanical contracts management.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Relevant qualifications in engineering or project management.

Salary: £62,000 Per Annum + vehicle allowance of £5200
