About the Role: We’re seeking a Lead Data Analyst with experience managing a small team of high-performing analysts. You will be involved in hands-on analytics while developing and leading your team.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in data analysis and leading analytical projects and teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Looker, BigQuery, Dataform.
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and motivate analysts.
  • Strategic thinking to translate data insights into business strategies.

Team and Stakeholders: You will report to the Head of Business Insights & Reporting and manage a small team of Data Analysts, working with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop insights for Product Managers in the Customer Experience teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor your team to deliver high-quality data analysis and insights.
  • Manage data roadmaps, prioritize requests, and foster a data-driven culture.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover trends and support strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement data models for forecasting and planning.
  • Create impactful visualizations and reports to communicate insights.
  • Oversee analytical projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Maintain data quality standards and support data governance efforts.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet their data needs and integrate data into processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and drive continuous team improvement.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
