Company Secretarial Assistant

Hybrid working – 2/3 days per week onsite

To support the General Counsel & Company Secretary, and Secretariat team in delivering high quality company secretarial administrative and governance services. This role is heavily administrative, requiring strong diary management and IT skills to ensure efficient operations and compliance with statutory and regulatory deadlines.

You will:

· Provide proactive administrative and governance support.

· Manage competing priorities, take initiative, and ensure timely completion of tasks under

deadline pressure

· Anticipate challenges, take initiative, determine appropriate action, and escalate when

necessary

· Manage workload independently while ensuring deadlines are met

· Apply significant company secretarial experience to support compliance and best practice

· Communicate effectively with non-executive directors (NEDs) and key stakeholders to foster

a productive, collaborative environment, leveraging their experience, insight, and strategic

thinking through clear and positive engagement.

Experience needed

· Experience in a financial services environment

· Company secretarial and Board experience to board level

· Experience operating in a busy changing environment exercising discretion and confidentiality

· Company Secretarial Practice – appropriate qualification
