We are partnered with a well capitalised global Real Estate investor who are looking to hire an Associate in London.
The firm focus on the acquisition of asset backed operating companies across Europe and North America, primarily within the hospitality sector.
This Associate hire will support origination and execution of transactions, the role offers significant exposure due to the lean nature of the team.
Relevant candidates will have 3-6 years Real Estate investment experience (ideally with exposure to hospitality/hotel sector), good deal experience and strong financial modelling expertise.
