We’re seeking an experienced Paid Media Director to lead our paid media strategy and drive growth. If you have a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and a knack for turning data into actionable insights, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and oversee the paid media strategy across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage substantial budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists, ensuring best practices and continuous development.
- Collaborate with the content, SEO, and analytics teams to align strategies and drive results.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Meta Business Suite.
- Present insights, performance reports, and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new tools and strategies to keep campaigns competitive.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in paid media management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large budgets and delivering strong ROI.
- Deep expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics and reporting tools.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
