THE ROLE:
Roles and responsibilities:
– Seamlessly process customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy at every step – from order receipt to invoicing.
– Be the friendly face behind the brand, nurturing relationships with existing customers and warmly welcoming new enquiries.
– Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders.
– Keep customer files up to date on SAP and related software, maintaining up-to-date product and pricing information.
THE CANDIDATE:
– German Speaker.
– Experience working in a fast paced sales and logistics office environment and is capable of making quick decisions that are right for the company and the customer.
– Good understanding of the transit of goods from overseas, import and export documentation.
– Brand ambassador who lives and breathes the company values.
– Proficient on email, Word and Excel.
– Attention to detail
– Be prepared to take on a variety of tasks.
– Experience with SAP/ SAP S/4 Hana desirable.
