Job Description:About The Role As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for the liaising and updating of all parties in the sales chain on the progress of their sale. You will manage the process from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts whilst fostering relationships through smooth communication with all stakeholders to ensure that we continue fuelling our success within residential sales.If you are currently working as a Sales Negotiator or Sales Progressor, looking for a role which allows you to work towards targets whilst maintaining a work-life balance, this is the perfect opportunity for you… You will:
- Provide vendors with expert advice to ensure successful sales whilst coordinating timelines and resolving issues.
- Ensure smooth communication and regular updates throughout the sales process.
- Work towards sales targets and achieve high success rates in closing deals, ensuring the success of London’s most recognisable Estate Agency brand.
