Job Details

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Efficiently take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain clean and presentable tables and service areas throughout the shift.
- Prepare and serve drinks while ensuring quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
- Verify customer identification in compliance with Scottish licensing regulations.
- Operate tills and process payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in all guest and staff areas, including restrooms and seating zones.
- Oversee daily operations and lead shifts in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
- Perform end-of-day procedures, including cashing up and closing down service areas accurately.
Person Specification
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, especially evenings and weekends.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service.
