We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our team and drive continuous improvement in our quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and inspection procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal audits and support external customer/supplier audits.
- Analyze quality data and drive improvements using tools like FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
✅ Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in aerospace, automotive, or electronics industries).
✅ Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and lean manufacturing principles.
✅ Strong skills in problem-solving tools (8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.).
✅ Proficiency in statistical analysis software (Minitab, Excel, etc.).
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
