In this role you will provide critical engineering support across our automation and production IT systems and lead optimisation projects to improve operational performance.What will the role look like?Deliver structured troubleshooting across site operations equipment and automation systems, and provide a proactive maintenance service.Deliver structured troubleshooting of HMI and SCADA Software, Siemens PLC.Plan and maintain proactive monitoring of site systems (e.g. servers and network).Deliver day to day and preventive maintenance on all site servers, drivers and automation systems.Participate in and lead on local CI initiatives, taking ownership of projects and delivering tangible results.You will take a lead in optimization initiatives, taking on project work and playing an integral role in continuous improvement.The successful candidate will likely have;You will be educated to NVQ level 3 / HNC/HND/ or Degree qualification within engineering discipline.Proven experience within an automated process environment

Food / Brewing / Pharmaceutical / Chemical

Hands on maintenance of Production IT systems.PLC/S7 and OAS knowledge preferred

Experience from working in a multicultural and global environment/company.Knowledge on Aveva WW, OEE and RMS is a big advantage.Good communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.Team player, who contributes to a culture of shared knowledgeWe have a purpose for Good
