Brookfields School, is seeking acompassionate and skilled HLTA to join our team and support our pupils inachieving their full potential.As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant at Brookfields School, youwill:
- Support the teacher in planning and delivering engaging,differentiated lessons.
- Lead small group activities and provide targeted interventions.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure aholistic approach to learning.
- Assist with assessment and tracking pupil progress, adaptingsupport as needed.
- Promote positive behaviour and social development throughstructured learning activities.
- Support with personal care and medical needs where required.
