Senior MEP Planner – Tier 1 Contractor | London + Surrounding Areas

1-2 Days WFH available

£90,000 – £100,000 + Car Allowance + Strong Benefits Package

We’re working with a top Tier 1 contractor seeking a Senior MEP Planner to join their team across high-profile projects in London and nearby areas. This role offers excellent career progression across Commercial, Residential, Education, Life Sciences, and Custodial schemes.

Role Overview: You'll manage and coordinate MEP programmes using ASTA Powerproject, ensuring alignment with master programme, subcontractor integration, and NEC contract compliance. Key responsibilities include programme development, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in MEP planning on major construction projects
• Proficient in ASTA Powerproject
• Familiar with NEC contracts
• Skilled in subcontractor coordination and programme integration
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A degree in engineering or construction is preferred but not essential.
