Head of Operations
London based (4 days in the office)
I am working exclusively with a global streetwear brand who is looking for a Head of Operations to join their team. This is a brand new role to the business and you will be owning everything from supply chain, logistics, international expansion and managing the Community Experience team.
The role:
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain, from inbound logistics to last-mile delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Build a strong global shipping strategy, balancing cost, speed, and customer experience across key markets.
- Assess and future-proof warehousing needs, ensuring effective set up to scale efficiently.
- Develop a global logistics strategy to support expansion and localisation in key international markets.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for fulfilment, shipping, and logistics (e.g. shipping times, order accuracy, cost per order).
- Identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency in order management, tracking, and warehousing.
- Build a high-performance operations team, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the Community Experience Team, empowering them to deliver outstanding customer interactions while nurturing a high-performance, results-oriented environment.

- Someone who has deep knowledge and experience in managing international supply chains.
- A background in creating seamless, world-class customer experiences and building long-term loyalty.
- Someone who is comfortable working in a high growth environment and ideally someone who has worked in a scaling fashion business.
- A great leader! Someone who has previously lead a customer service team, creating strategies to improve satisfaction and customer retention.
- You are tech savvy and someone who is always looking to streamline operations.
- Strong expertise in warehousing, 3PL management, fulfilment operations and supply chain strategy.
- Experience working in fashion, streetwear, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Someone who has a deep knowledge of international shipping, duties, customs, and compliance in key global markets.
