The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our expanding field sales team. This role is about more than just hitting numbers—it’s about building lasting relationships, driving new business, and helping clients create standout spaces their teams will love.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets across our product range: coffee machines, Hydration solutions, Vending Solutions and consumables
- Generating new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Growing existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Managing your own pipeline and sales strategy
- Leading contract negotiations and closing deals that align with our customer-first approach
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding
- Keeping our CRM updated with accurate data to support reporting, KPIs, and team visibility
- Acting as an ambassador for 2468 Group and championing our values in every interaction
- Maintaining governance and compliance with company policy and best practice
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience and success in B2B sales, ideally in a rental or recurring revenue model
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A self-starter mindset with a track record of generating your own leads.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically about customer needs
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for delivering great service
