An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional senior political communicator to join a leading life sciences organization and help shape the future of healthcare in the UK.
In this strategic and high-profile role, you will lead public affairs and policy engagement efforts at a critical moment for the UK’s healthcare and life sciences sectors. You’ll work at the intersection of politics, health policy, and innovation—engaging with Government, Parliament, NHS bodies, and key influencers to champion a pro-innovation, pro-patient agenda.
You’ll drive integrated policy campaigns, provide strategic counsel to senior business leaders, and help position the organization as a trusted partner to policymakers. This role demands deep political acumen, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate complex issues into compelling policy positions.
Essential:
- Proven experience advising senior leaders in political, healthcare or policy roles
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong understanding of UK political, policy, and healthcare landscapes
Desirable:
- Experience in public affairs, government, think tanks, or life sciences
- Existing networks across Parliament, NHS, and Whitehall
