As a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
- Provide end-to-end recruitment services, conduct executive searches, and continuously improve recruitment processes to meet business needs.
- Identify and deliver initiatives to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, maintain a visible presence across sites, and collaborate with HR and senior leaders to understand and address talent needs.
- Oversee performance, set objectives, conduct reviews, and provide professional development for Talent Acquisition Advisors.

- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including best practices and legal requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leaders across various business units.
- Proactive approach to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
