As they continue to expand, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Learning & Development (L&D) to elevate their training, development, and talent strategies—ensuring their teams remain industry leaders.
The Role:
As the Head of L&D, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their learning culture, driving employee development, and implementing cutting-edge training programs. You will collaborate closely with leadership to align L&D initiatives with business goals, enabling consultants and corporate teams to achieve peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- L&D Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning & development strategy tailored to the recruitment sector.
- Training Programs: Design, deliver, and oversee training programs for recruiters, sales teams, and leadership, covering everything from industry best practices to soft skills.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Establish coaching frameworks that enhance consultant performance and career progression.
- E-Learning & Technology: Implement digital learning platforms and leverage technology to drive innovative learning solutions.
- Leadership Development: Craft high-impact leadership programs to foster talent growth at all levels.
- Performance & Metrics: Track L&D effectiveness, measuring ROI and continuously improving training methodologies.
- Culture & Engagement: Promote a culture of continuous learning, ensuring employees feel empowered and supported.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a leadership-level L&D role, ideally within the recruitment or sales-driven environment.
Strong expertise in training design, facilitation, and coaching.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and modern training methodologies.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Data-driven mindset with a track record of measuring learning impact.
Passion for developing talent and shaping high-performance cultures.
