Reporting to theSales Director, this role will be responsible for defining andexecuting channel programs, defining business development axes andcoordinating their execution in collaboration with marketing andregional activity leaders. The Managed Services ProgramManager will lead a small team responsible for theoperationalization of the programs, working closely withstakeholders, and internal teams to maintain a competitiveedge.What will you be doing at Arrow?
- You will be responsible fordefining and implementing channel programs for supporting thedevelopment and profitability of VMwarepartners
- Define strategies and businessdevelopment plans to drive sales and market growth for VMwaresolutions
- Ensure the coordination of theexecution of sales growth plans
- Leadstakeholder management sessions and keep various managementinvolved by maintaining open lines ofcommunication
- Collaborate with the sales team,across geos to understand business trends andforecast
- Provide market intelligence; evaluate,develop, and manage market specific sales strategies and newstrategic business opportunities.
- Collaboratewith global marketing for building and supporting the execution ofmarketing plans that are aligned with go-to-marketplans
- Monitor the deployment of channelprograms and go-to-market actions against set KPI’s, and takecorrective actions
- Ensure the sales andtechnical teams across geos are enabled with the go-to-marketstrategy
What arewe looking for?
- You have10+ years of experience in channel program management as well asplanning, directing, and executing a go-to-market strategy in theIT industry
- Effective communication with peopleat all levels
