Pertemps are currently working for a fast-growing organisation based in Glasgow who have a requirement for German Speaker to working their busy finance team. If you are fluent in German and looking for a new challenge this could be the role for you. Salary is up to £29k depending on experience.
Hybrid working available – 3 days per week in the office 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities;
– Mail sort & OCR validation
– Mailbox management & query resolution
– High volume invoice processing – complying with country specific requirements
– Ensuring accuracy on all VAT and tax postings (e.g., withholding tax) in line with local legislation
– Process manual & automatic payment runs
– Management of key suppliers to maximise discounts & maintain smooth running of production
– Vendor statement reconciliations
– Regular review & maintenance of vendor open items
Experience required:
– Knowledge and understanding as well as experience of working with basic accounting principles
– Previous finance experience OR a finance degree
– Fluent in English + German
– Admin experience
