This role involves teaching Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for the right candidate. The position begins as soon as possible and will continue until the end of the academic year, with potential for a permanent position starting September 2025.
Role Expectation:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students at KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of teaching KS5.
- Mark and assess students’ work, tracking their progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Uphold high expectations for behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- QTS or QTLS is essential.
- A clean and current enhanced DBS on the update service.
- A passion for teaching English and a commitment to supporting student success.
- Up-to-date safeguarding training.
