Overview:This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a thriving Legal 500 firm in Eastbourne. With an established client base and immediate access to high-quality work, you will be involved in a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, corporate restructuring, corporate refinancing and more.

Role Requirements:

1. Minimum of 4 years PQE in corporate transactions
2. Experience managing multi-million-pound transactions with minimal supervision
3. Strong client communication skills, both written and verbal, with an established network in Sussex, Kent, or Surrey

Skills:

1. Excellent time management, fee target, and time recording skills
2. Team player with a supportive approach toward colleagues
3. Proficient in drafting a range of transactional documents
