Operations Manager

Role: Technical Operations Managers

Salary: Circa £50,000

Location: Southport

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity
• Manage and develop a team of operators
• Implement process improvement policies to optimize yield
• Ensure production activities are carried out according to schedule
• Work closely with the quality team
• Ensure that all necessary documentation and validation activities are conducted
• Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are met within manufacturing
• Lead the investigation and any deviations or quality issues
• Lead any Change controls

Experience

• Strong knowledge of GMP regulatory requirements (MHRA)
• Proven leadership experience
• Solid understanding of process optimization
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong strategic mindset
• Strong project management skills
