About the School Orchard is a three-form entry junior school on the Springfield Estate in Milton Keynes with capacity for 360 children across KS2. In addition, we have a twenty-pupil place social communication department for pupils at both Orchard and Shepherdswell.The school is on a successful journey of rapid development which is having a significant impact on our staff and children. We are a looking for a leader that places children at the centre of their decision-making role-modelling to staff how positive relationships underpin achievement and success for all.
