I am seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand my client services to the NHS. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key NHS stakeholders, and driving service adoption. It is important that this new person in the business has on site presence, although there will be some remote and hybrid working, particularly in the first 6 months it will be pivotal to the success. Identify and develop new business opportunities within NHS trusts and healthcare organisations.Present and promote the company’s healthcare solutions to NHS partners through meetings, presentations, and networking events.Work closely with internal teams, including clinical, operational, and commercial departments, to ensure tailored service offerings meet NHS needs.Monitor NHS policies, funding structures, and healthcare regulations to adapt business strategies accordingly.Attend industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and build new connections.
Proven experience in NHS business development, sales, or account management.Strong knowledge of NHS structures, commissioning processes, and service delivery models.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic business approaches.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
