Reporting to the SVP, Commercial & Operations, we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to join the team in the UK, France or Germany. You will be responsible for growing Trustonic’s Secure Platform customer base in the region, opening up new key accounts and managing existing key account relationships with our target sectors of Automotive, Future Mobility and IoT & Connected Devices.
As the Sales & Business Development Manager your key responsibilities will include:Using your existing network to develop relationships across the relevant ecosystems and enhance our network of partnerships (such as Silicon Providers, device OEMs, and Tier 1’s) delivering the sales targets for the assigned region as requiredManaging the assigned regional sales pipeline from inception to signed agreementBuilding and maintaining relationships within new and existing opportunitiesLeading sales campaigns to a successful conclusionProviding deep customer and market insight to support the development of the wider GTM strategy for sectors including but not limited to, Automotive, Future Mobility and Connected DevicesCollecting data and information to provide guidance for our strategies and delivery plansIdentifying strategic partner prospects and where applicable support the SVP Commercial & Operations, to establish the relationshipsDriving strategic Account Management with identified target Key AccountsWorking with the Global team leveraging knowledge and contacts to maximize the sales opportunitiesLeverage experience and contacts to develop these opportunities and present a Commercial Execution Plan to the SVP Commercial & Operations
As a Sales & Business Development Manager you are/have:A proven hunter with a track record of breaking into and scaling new accountsStrong sales and refined negotiation skills with the ability to initiate relationships, assessCommercial acumen and the confidence to pose challenging questions over the structure of deals and challenging the accepted normExcellent triage ability with aptitude to prioritize projects and worknot afraid to take risks and get things done quickly while maintaining high standardsExcellent English and French or German language skills, verbal and written, for effective collaboration and negotiation
As a Sales & Business Development Manager you have the following:Preferred experience with software products or servicesDemonstrable B2B sales experience within a Technology companySignificant experience in business developmentWorking experience in the B2B world that supports our target sectorsBusiness understanding and acumenUp-selling and cross-selling from within new and established accounts.Prior knowledge and understanding wider cyber security market for professional services and product salesExisting contacts in Automotive market at OEMs and Tier 1sAn understanding of Automotive software platforms, the Future Mobility landscape, IoT, Connected Devices and applicationsUnderstanding of regional (US, EU, Asia) regulation on Security, Cybersecurity, Digital Resilience and Personal Data would be advantageousUndergraduate degree in business or similar discipline preferred or equivalent level of skill, experience and knowledgeMBA welcomed but experience and attitude is more important
