A new opportunity exists for an Engineer to join our Continuous Improvement Team and contribute to a wide variety of improvement projects across our 5 UK production sites.You will use Lean Six Sigma principles to help drive efficiencies, eliminate waste, and optimise production. You will also lead Kaizen events and provide coaching on waste reduction initiatives and best practices.
Lead and execute continuous improvement projects across our sitesConduct process assessments and performance analysisDevelop and maintain work instructions, SOPs and manufacturing documentationProvide training and mentorship on problem-solving techniques
Min of 2 years’ experience working in process engineering/continuous improvement in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge Continuous Improvement initiatives, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause AnalysisDegree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent experience in CI)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsFull UK Driving Licence and able to travel to other sites at least once a week
