Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a Managing Director to provide visionary leadership and robust management at DKA Group UK LTD. The selected candidate will be pivotal in propelling the company’s strategic initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and enhancing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and steer the implementation of the company’s strategies to align with shareholder expectations and industry standards.
- Govern the company’s overall operations and make pivotal decisions that influence the company’s direction.
- Direct comprehensive project development from initial planning to final execution, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and timelines.
- Refine operational procedures, systems, and principles concerning information flow and organizational management.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations.
- Represent the company at significant industry events, public engagements, and in media interactions.
- Cultivate a corporate culture characterized by high performance and continuous enhancement of processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar executive role, preferably within the construction or real estate sectors.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Minimum B1 level proficiency in English.
- Proven track record in developing strategic and business plans.
- Comprehensive awareness of market dynamics and factors influencing the business environment.
- Decisive and effective leadership skills, with a history of propelling organizational success.
