I am currently recruiting for an established M&E Contractor who is looking for an M&E Senior Electrical Estimator for a role based inLondon.
The right M&E Senior Electrical Estimator will have have at least 10 years experience with an M&E Contractor and be looking for a long term opportunity with the chance to grow the department.
Roles & Responsibilitys for the M&E Senior Electrical Estimator
– Responcible for all estimating– Negotiate supplier & Sub-Contractor deals at tender stage– Monthly reporting to Managing Director & Ops Manager– Arrange and lead weekly estimating workload meetings– Monitor and structure your team, identify weaknesses & Strengths– Carry out PDRs with your team– Investigate & propose Value Engineering– Investigate & propose innovation– Investigate & propose new suppliers & Sub-contractors– Structure estimating to streamline processes– Build collaborative relationships with site based teams– Investigate & propose a dedicated estimating system– Price higher value variations– Review drawings – Tender v. construction
The M&E Senior ElectricalEstimator role is available for an immediate start for the right person & does have the option for remore working a few days a week.
