A leading financial services business in the heart of Manchester require a Process Improvement Analyst to join them in a permanent position, working as part of the wider operations change / projects team.
The business is currently going through several transformation initiatives, aimed at growing their presence in various regions. You will lead a business wide process improvement programme utilising the latest methodologies to achieve each phase of the project, all with the aim at improving current business processes.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate needs:
- Experience working on process improvement initiatives across financial services
- Experience with Lead training or Six Sigma (ideally a certification)
- Strong business analysis skills or wider analytical skills
- Good business requirement gathering skills
- Experience in either asset or wealth management is desired
